The Writer’s Personal Spiritual Experiences
From as early as the age of five, Rei really liked to daydream. At that time, he was a Protestant Christian. At the age of 14, he followed his parents’ religious affiliation and converted to Catholicism. As he approached adulthood, he frequently changed religions. Listening to various versions of the afterlife according to different religions made him perplexed about what might happen after death. For this reason, Rei became determined to find God by studying “his creations”. He explored various fields of knowledge that were accessible to him at that time, from the factual to the abstract such as metaphysics and the like.
In order to do that, one needs to have a very good memory. In his early twenties, Rei tried an experiment on himself – he wanted to see if he could memorize an article by reading it only once. He read and “flooded” it with a feeling as if he had been long acquainted with it. He also attached that feeling to each word and sentence. The result was that he was able to read a one page article and rewrite it without forgetting a single full stop or comma. He had developed a sort of photographic memory.
Starting from that incident, Rei came very close to having a mental breakdown. As someone who wasn’t naturally born with that kind of ability, t resulted in him became mentally unstable. Having gained this ability, he began to become afraid that he would forget all he had memorized. It turned out that this fear became overwhelming (perhaps because he had trained himself to visualize, it also became very easy to reproduce that feeling of fear) to the point where each time he wanted to say something, he would forget what he intended to say next. He suffered this for two years until a psychiatrist told him that only he could free himself of this affliction. Finally, with great determination, he was able to let go of this inner conflict.
After that experience, Rei no longer wanted to have anything to do with things of that nature. However, in 2013, two doctors told him that he was suffering from osteoporosis and that in three years’ time he would most probably be unable to walk. Then, he began to search for a way out to overcome or at least ease his problem. In order to be able to walk painlessly again, he had to learn levitation. He learned from a friend, Robert, that he would have to study hypnotism first. Several decades earlier, he had read a book on this topic and had successfully managed to hypnotize someone so he began to practice hypnotism again with his workers and was able to hypnotize subjects successfully. Because he was always curious about extraordinary things and enjoy doing all kinds of experiments, he trained a young child to hypnotize people and his pupil broke the record for being the youngest hypnotist in Indonesia.
Not content with this, Rei carried out some other experiments. It became apparent that a human’s body weight at a certain point of time can change in tune with his or her emotions. He began to do experiments with a girl, Clara and her boyfriend, Daud. When Clara was first hypnotized, her weight decreased by 1.1 kg. Many amazing things started to happen. On one occasion, Clara’s weight went down to 0 kg. On another occasion, Rei’s weight increased to 600 kg. A glass and other objects fell down from their places presumably because of mind power or perhaps brain waves. There ensued some other extraordinary events, such as pyrokinesis, hydrokinesis and telekinesis.
